RSS newsreaders such as Bloglines and Google Reader are useful for keeping up with your favorite websites and staying up to date. While I subscribe to both newsreaders, I found the Google Reader easy to add new feeds quickly.
This technology is useful as far as libraries are concerned in keeping up to date in specialised subject areas e.g. color management, new technologies etc.
